Student parking permits are issued on an annual basis, valid from September through August, on an academic year basis, valid from August through May, or for summer parking (sessions I & II or full summer).
Important: For Academic Year 2022-2023 student parking is extremely limited. Parking will be open to Graduate Students only on a first-come first-serve basis only.
Students may apply for:
- Daily/Commuter Parking (6 am to 11 pm)
- Evening Parking (3:30 pm - 11 pm)
- 24-Hour Parking
- Motorcycle Parking
Students may charge the total applicable parking fees to their Student Financial Services Account or may pay by credit card at the Parking Office only.
Student may park in the following facilities:
- Daily/Commuter Parking - Spruce 38 and Walnut 40 only
- Evening Parking - Ludlow, Penn Park, Sansom 38, Palestra, Lower Walnut, Hollenback, River Fields.
- 24-Hour Parking - Spruce 38 Walnut 40 only
- Motorcycle Parking - Spruce 38 Walnut 40 only

Order Parking through Campus Express
Students should go to Campus Express and complete the application form. The form can be found under "About Transportation Options" in the "My Transportation Section." You will need to designate your preferred lot. To see lots consult the Parking Map.

You will receive an email notification indicating that your permit and lot choice has been approved. (Note: You are not guaranteed to get your preferred lot choice.)
Visit the Penn Parking Office, 3401 Walnut St., Ste. 447A, to get your parking credentials.
Students may pay using their Bursar account or by credit card. If you choose to pay via credit card, your payment will be processed when you come to the office to pick up your credentials
