Permit holders will automatically be enrolled in the Penn Commuter Choice Program, which offers significant tax savings by deducting parking fees (up to $300 a month) on a pre-tax basis. Through Penn's Commuter Choice Program, permit holders do not pay federal, FICA, or Medicare taxes on the deductible amount. You will need to bring your Penn or UPHS identification card and sign your application in order to begin payroll deduction.  Other important information needs include: license plate number, make and model of your vehicle, email address, and telephone number(s).

Step 3.

Update Your Personal Profile

Permit holders must update their personal profiles whenever their vehicle or personal information changes when they are enrolled in the program. When you click the button below, you will be directed to the AIMS application website to update your profile.
