Enrollment in Penn's online commuter program is based on eligibility as a Penn full-time employee or Penn part-time-with-benefits employee in active status or on paid leave. Please review your status below to check your eligibility.
Full-time faculty and staff:
- your payroll record has not yet been transmitted to WageWorks. Contact your Business Administrator (BA) to ensure when your Minimum Record was completed in the Payroll System. Records are transmitted to WageWorks on Tuesday evenings, but that's only if your record is completed in Payroll. You will be able to enroll based on the timing of record transmission.
Post-docs:
- you are not eligible for this program. Contact the Office of the Vice Provost for Research for additional information.
