Where do I find rental listings?

Off-Campus Services maintains a property listing database that students can utilize to search for available apartments. The inclusion of a landlord’s properties in the OCS database is not an endorsement or approval of the landlord, its properties or its business practices. All prospective tenants are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a rental unit or landlord.  To access the data base  visit our home page and click the house icon on the upper right-hand side of the page.

If you have a PennKey, you should use that to create your account. New students who do not yet have a PennKey you can create a guest account.  Once you have created your account, visit the Housing section of the database. Once there, select “More Filters”, this section will allow you to narrow your search based on price, neighborhood, amenities, and other factors important to you.
