WageWorks VISA Debit Card – Commuter Parking Only

The new WageWorks web application is now available. Please review the key dates listed below and log-in to ensure your account and monthly commuter election migrated correctly.

  • Thursday, November 29 – Monday, December 10
    • You can now make changes for the January 2019 commuting month.
    • Important: If your recurring election included any opt-out month(s) before the transition, you must recreate your selection, which was not transferred to the new website.
      • Click here to log-in to WageWorks with your PennKey and Password
      • You will see the WageWorks Landing Page with important messages
    • Review and/or change your current election
      • Click on the featured Commuter Account box
      • Click “Modify or Cancel Order” to Manage Recurring Orders or Manage the Calendar for future months
      • If you do not wish to make a change to your election, go to the next step
    • Review your delivery information
      • Click on the word  PROFILE beneath your name at the top-right side of the page
      • Review or update your contact information and mailing address
      • LOG OFF if you have no changes to make
    • NOTE: Address changes must be made in WageWorks; changes to your University record are not reflected in WageWorks

  • Wednesday, December 19 – Monday, December 31
    • Expect to receive your new parking debit card through the mail (card shown below).
    • If you use the current debit card for transit and for commuter parking, you will receive one new card for transit and one new card for commuter parking.
    • Funds will be loaded to the new WageWorks Transit cards on/about Friday, December 21.
    • Funds will be loaded to the new WageWorks Parking cards on Tuesday, January 1.
    • Be sure to notify your commuter parking vendor with your new debit card number before Tuesday, January 1.
    • Payments currently made directly to parking service providers (Pay My Parking) will continue. Payments for the January Commuting Month will be sent from WageWorks to your parking facility on/around Wednesday, December 19.

  • Tuesday, January 1
    • Commuter Check MasterCard debit cards will stop working
      • Any remaining funds will be moved to your WageWorks commuter parking stored value card
    • Thursday, January 31
      • Last day to submit reimbursement claim forms for parking reimbursement expenses incurred through December 31, 2018
      • NOTE: the new WageWorks application will not be able to process claims for expenses prior to January 1, 2019, so be sure to submit these claims to the old WageWorks web application no later than January 31, 2019
      • Any remaining pre-tax deduction credits for parking reimbursement will be moved to your new WageWorks account by January 15, 2019
