General Information - Parking Pay or Appeal a Ticket

To Pay a Parking Ticket

You need your ticket number and license plate number of the ticketed vehicle to pay your ticket, after which you may file an appeal. Please note that after 14 days, your fee will be doubled for non-payment.

NEW FOR JULY 1, 2019 : Any unpaid tickets or violations received after July 1, 2019 will negatively affect your Parking Account. Please make sure all tickets are paid to avoid towing and other fines.

Payment Method

Tickets must be paid online via credit card only. When you click the button below, you will be directed to the AIMS website. AIMS is the third party vendor that manages permits and ticketing for Penn Parking.

NOTE: The parking ticket indicates payment is also accepted at the Penn Parking Office at 3401 Walnut Street, Suite 447or via credit card over the phone. However, these two methods of payment are no longer accepted as well as any check payments, which will be returned via USPS.

Appeal Your Parking Ticket

Your ticket must be appealed within 14 days of issuance.

There is an adjudication process where members of the Parking Violations Board will adjudicate your appeal. After which, you will receive an email message with the decision and these rulings will be final. You can log back in with your ticket number and license plate number to check the status of your appeal.
