Changes to Parking Permits
If you have a hangtag, you may change your car information online at Penn Parking Online. You may also send an email to email@example.com, call 215-898-8667 or visit the Transportation and Parking Office at 3401 Walnut Street, Suite 447A during business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
If you are making parking payments through payroll deduction, please return your hangtag and garage access card to the Transportation and Parking Office and your parking order will be removed from payroll. A refund will be issued, if applicable. If you paid for your parking by credit card, a prorated refund will be processed based on the date you return your hangtag and access card. Your prorated refund will be processed to your credit card based on the date you return your hangtag and access card.
Faculty and staff will be notified each year to update and review their online parking profiles. Payroll deductions will be automatically rolled over and continue until the Transportation and Parking Office is notified that you would like to cancel your parking permit and your hangtag and garage access card is returned.
