As a current member of Penn's Commuter Program, which is managed by ADP Commuter Services and governed by the the website's Frequently Asked Questions. They contain detailed information regarding regulations that may impact your services from ADP, to include procedures for lost passes.

You can manage your account on-line including changing the type of commuter option, updating your personal information or cancelling your participation in the program.

  • Step 1:  You will be on the Spending Account page
  • Step 2:  Select "Enrollment"
  • Step 3:  Select "Commuter Enrollment"
  • Step 4:  You will be on the ADP Page specific to your order
