Description

The Qualtrics Research Core is a user-friendly, feature-rich, web-based survey tool that allows users to build, distribute, and analyze online surveys, collaborate in real-time, and export data in multiple formats. Penn's license includes the Research Suite, Data Science & Analytics, Unlimited Responses, Advanced Quotas feature, API feature, File Upload feature, Offline Mobile App feature, Salesforce Integration feature, and Signature Question Type Feature.

Qualtrics Research Core is available to the participating School/Center's faculty, staff, and students.

Note: Qualtrics is currently not FERPA or HIPAA compliant.

Eligibility and Terms

Licensed to:	This product is licensed at the School/Center level for the full FTE count of faculty/staff/students. Only those individuals from participating Schools/Centers may use Qualtrics. License Year:	August 1 – July 31, One-year annual license
Platforms:	Various
Distribution:	Users go to http://upenn.qualtrics.com and log in with a Pennkey to access the Qualtrics site and create an account. Only those individuals from participating Schools/Centers will have the complete version of Qualtrics available to them. All others are limited to a demo version of the application.
Usage:	The Qualtrics Research Core may be used for Penn-related academic purposes, administrative purposes, and academic research. Any other use, particularly commercial use, is strictly prohibited.
License Key:	There is no unique key. Usage is restricted to those with a Pennkey who are from a contributing department.
