Membership is open to Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Graduate Students, Emeritus Faculty and Retired Staff.

Membership dues for current and new members are currently suspended. Membership will continue when the University reopens. If you have any questions or concerns about your current membership, or are interested in joining in the future, please email us at

Apply to be a member:

*Please note that as of September we have updated our registration software.  Some members might be prompted to sign up for the registration portal; this will create a permanent account and save your information so that you will not have to re-fill the application on a yearly basis.

New Members: To apply for membership, please click here to fill out an application.  Membership cards are normally processed and mailed to the billing address provided within 2 weeks.

Current members: You can renew your membership by clicking here.  New membership cards are not sent out to renewing members unless otherwise requested


Membership Dues:

Faculty/Staff/Alumni/Graduate Student/Associate Member: $65.00

Emeritus Faculty/Retired Staff: $50.00

New Faculty/Staff Member: Complimentary for the first year.
