Concur Email Address May Need Verification Again for Mobile Receipts

Do you send receipts to Concur via mobile device? Check your Email Verification Status in your Profile!

Due to the recent outage, a number of Concur users no longer have "VERIFIED" email addresses - which are used to send receipts to Concur.

  1. Open your Concur Profile
  2. Scroll down to the box of Email addresses
  3. Click the Verify button next to the first email address
  4. Open your email account, open the email from Concur
  5. Copy the code in the email and paste it in the box next to the email address in your profile
  6. Click OK
  7. If you have additional emails, repeat steps 3 through 6 for each.

NOTE:  If you send a receipt from your mobile device, and this verification has not occurred, your receipt will never reach your Concur account.
