Eat Local Challenge
This year is the 15th anniversary of Bon Appétit’s Farm to Fork program, through which all Bon Appétit chefs are required to buy 100% of their ingredients (with the exception of salt) from farmers and artisans within 150 miles of their café. This year, we wanted to give back — from Fork to Farm. You can help choose the 10 small farms who will receive a $5,000 Fork to Farm grant to help grow their business!
