Permits are issued to faculty and staff for parking during regular business hours in assigned University parking facilities. To apply, follow the steps below.

Penn Parking Permits are managed by AIMS, a third-party vendor. When you click the Complete Online Application button, you will be directed to the AIMS application site. Currently on the AIMS application site, you will only be able to see the rates for Campus Daily Parking online. Visit the Parking Office, 3401 Walnut St., Suite 447A, to pick up parking credentials.
Permit holders will automatically be enrolled in the Penn Commuter Choice Program, which offers significant tax savings by deducting parking fees (up to $270 a month) on a pre-tax basis. Through Penn's Commuter Choice Program, permit holders do not pay federal, FICA, or Medicare taxes on the deductible amount. You will need to bring your Penn or UPHS identification card and sign your application in order to begin payroll deduction. Other important information needs include: license plate number, make and model of your vehicle, email address, and telephone number(s).
Update Your Personal Profile
