LUCY Green

Loop through University City (LUCY®) is a SEPTA-operated shuttle making multiple stops between Penn's campus and 30th Street Station, Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, from 6:10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This shuttle service is managed by the University City District, and is free for students, faculty and staff at University of Pennsylvania, University of Pennsylvania Health System, University City Science Center and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia who present their institutional ID cards. Penn Bus West

Penn Bus East and Penn Bus West operate Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. year round except for holidays observed by the University. Passengers from Penn, Drexel, and University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) can ride Penn buses for free, provided they show their institutional ID card. For more information and schedules, please visit Navigating Penn Transit. Service may be impacted due to circumstances such as construction and inclement weather. The Penn Bus will pick up and deliver passengers only at designated Transit Stops on campus, and at certain intersections with a stop sign or traffic light along its off-campus route. The new route will start at Franklin’s Table, travel along Walnut Street, turning at 40th Street and again at Spruce Street to South Street, then turning left along 20th Street, looping back along Walnut Street.
