Penn's full-time, benefits-eligible faculty and staff, along with Postdoctoral Researchers and Fellows can apply online for a parking permit by visiting theĀ Parking Permits page. Once you have completed your parking order online, you must come into the Parking Office to sign a payroll deduction authorization form and to pick up your parking permit hangtag, which must be displayed in your vehicle when you are parking at your designated lot or garage. Also, you may visit the Penn Parking & Commuter Services Office to apply. Students may complete the online parking permit order process at Campus Express.
