The Bike Commuter Expense Reimbursement Program will offer eligible faculty and staff reimbursements for any out-of-pocket eligible expenses up to $240 annually.

No.   All reimbursements are considered taxable income.  

Funding for this program is provided by the Division of Business Services in support of the University’s Climate Action Plan.  Penn's voluntary bike commuter participation program is subject to change at any time.
