How To Plan For Your Move-In
  • Preparing¬†
    • Campus Express is your one-stop location for many of your pre-moving needs, such as:
      • Arrival instructions will be linked to your assigned time. Maps to your building and remote parking will be available in mid-July
      • Check your room diagrams and measurements. Find out about your House's room furnishings to help you decide what to bring
      • Check to see if you have a roommate, and make sure you coordinate with them on what you're bringing to your room.
      • Preregistration for guest passes will open in early July and close in early August.
      • New students can arrange for pre-made PennCards. These will be ready and available for you to pick up during the move-in period. Don't forget to upload your ID photo to Campus Express!
    • Family & Friends helping you move in? Here's some info to keep in mind:
      • All guests, including family and friends, must present a valid form of photo ID to be signed in, and be accompanied by a building resident host. Minor aged (under 16) guests will be provided access if verified with the resident.
      • Please make sure that they know your room assignment and building. If you preregister for their guest passes on Campus Express, the guest passes will have your assignment information on the back of their pass.
