The hot water in the showers here does not seem as hot as my shower at home. Why is there a difference?
I think there are bugs in my room. Or mice. Or a squirrel. How can I get someone to come and investigate it?

A: Hot water temperature may vary from time to time, as water and steam pressures fluctuate. If you have a persistent problem with your hot water, call Facilities Services at 215-898-7208 or put in a repair request at http://www.upenn.edu/repairs.
A: Yes. With the exception of the occasional emergency, you may ask a repairman to come back to your room at a more convenient time. Please understand that Facilities Services cannot schedule specific days or times to do repairs in your room. If a repair person cannot gain access to your room, the repair will be postponed to an undetermined date.
A: All personnel employed by the University, and all employees of contractors working for Penn must visibly carry a photo ID. They should also bear documentation of the work that they are performing. If you have questions about authorized staff or work, please call your Information Center for verification. You may also call Penn Police at any time regarding suspicious persons.
