As part of this initiative, a University-wide Change Agent Network (CAN) has been established. The Change Agents serve a vital role in the program to cascade communications and support end users. The primary responsibilities of the Change Agents include:
- Cascade communications and improve collaboration around new technology that will be available for the Schools and Centers.
- Establish credibility in Communications.
- Collect and disseminate data and feedback efficiently.
- Be an advocate for the enhancements made to the Penn Marketplace and its benefits.
- Act as a resource for peer questions/inquiries.
- Be familiar with central help resources and function as a hub to point others to answers.
