Core Team

Penn individuals that are directly involved in the functional and technical workstreams for the Penn Marketplace Enhancements Project make up the Procurement Core Team.  Their responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and resolve issues escalated by project working groups.
  • Create plans on how to resolve issues or resistance within Schools and Centers.
  • Provide technical expertise where necessary.
  • Lead and participate in project working groups as needed.
  • Provide input and support to Jaggaer technical team as needed (e.g., testing, etc.).
  • Be involved in change management activities as needed.
