About the Contract

The Visual Sound Incorporated preferred supplier contract is the result of the Procurement Services Audiovisual and Classroom Technology commodity project in partnership with key customers across the campus to leverage the University's total spend on audiovisual equipment, supplies and services.

Ordering Information

All Visual Sound Incorporated purchase requests must be processed via the BEN Buys purchasing system. The University's MasterCard Purchasing Card cannot be used for purchases from Visual Sound Incorporated.
