Airgas Dry Ice to Merge into Airgas USA, LLC, and Continue to Do Business as Airgas Dry Ice - Wednesday, November 1, 2017

Airgas Dry Ice, a supplier of dry ice products, will merge into Airgas USA, LLC and will legally become “Airgas USA, LLC” effective November 1, 2017. However, Airgas Dry Ice will continue to do business as Airgas Dry Ice.

The “bill to” address and accounts payable information that you currently use for Airgas Dry Ice will not change.

Requesters will continue to use the Airgas Dry Ice catalog in the Penn Marketplace.

Airgas Dry Ice’s merger into Airgas USA is part of the company’s ongoing effort to streamline their operations and continue to provide their customers with great service and an integrated portfolio of products>
