Penn Mail Services maintains First Class and Non-Profit permits for use by the University. Penn’s permit number must be printed on your mailer as part of the postal indicia. If you intend to mail your project using Penn’s permit you must notify Penn Mail Services by completing their Permit Mail Form. Your printer or lettershop should also submit a copy of this form, along with a 3600 (First Class) or 3602 (Non-Profit) Postage Statement, to Penn Mail Services for approval/signatures before your mailing can be presented to the Lindbergh Post Office (where the permit resides). Penn Mail Services charges back the postage for your mailing to the budget code you provide on the Permit Mail Form. Terms
Non-Profit Mail: Minimum of 200 pieces required. Postage method: Printed Indicia. Will deliver in-home in 3-15 business days; must be pre-sorted and Cass-DPV or CASS Certified, as well as NCOA verified in order to receive postage discounts. For lowest postage rate, letters should not weigh more than 3.3 ounces; Flats should not weigh more than 16 ounces. |
