Penn Kids Card Photo Submission

The Penn Kids Card is a fun souvenir for your child to feel like a part of the Penn experience! Using this site, you can upload a photo of your child in order to have a custom Kids Card ready for pickup during Take Our Children to Work Day on Thursday, April 24th. Simply provide your name, contact information, your child's name, and a photo of your child to be displayed on the card, and we'll do the rest!

I certify that I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of the minor whose likeness appears in the photo I am uploading. I also certify that the photo is original and/or does not infringe on any third-party rights.

I give my consent to the University of Pennsylvania to use the photo I am providing for the exclusive purpose of creating a souvenir Penn Kids Card by staff members of PennCard. The photo and any other provided identifying information will be deleted within 10 days of the souvenir being created.
