Change of Address Form

If you are planning on moving your office follow these simple steps to ensure that your mail moves with you!

  1. Penn Mail requires three weeks notice to process an internal change of address.

  2. Download the internal Change of Address (COA) form , or
    contact us at: 215-898-8665 and ask to be sent a COA form.

  3. Fill out the form and email it to mailservices@upenn.edu, or
    fax it to 215-573-2055, Attn: Penn Mail Services. Once received we will confirm your new mail code assignment with USPS.

  4. In order to properly update their records, the United States Postal Service (USPS) requires a change of address form be submitted directly to them by a departmental admin. This can be done electronically by visiting their website at https://moversguide.usps.com.

  5. Once we confirm your new USPS mail code assignment, inform your international partners and vendors of your address change and please update your website(s). Download the COA Form for Local Suppliers and International Partners.
