Missing Your Mail

Whether you are faculty, staff, student, or represent a department, there are several reasons why you may not have received mail or packages as expected. Please keep in mind that mail and express shipping services are distinct in nature and handled differently.

NOTE:  If you are tracking United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Amazon packages, please allow an additional four (4) business days for delivery from the date received in the USPS tracking system.
