Sick, Isolation and Quarantine Policy

To support students who are sick or quarantining, Penn Dining will have daily meals available for pick up through the Penn Eats Mobile app.

Students who are sick can request meals ahead of time for pick-up at 1920 Commons.

Students who are quarantining in their residence hall, and those in isolation at Sansom Place West, can request meals for delivery to their locations.

Sick Meals at 1920 Commons: Please use the PennEats app to order your meals. Order up to two meals between 8 am and 6:30 pm the day before you need the meals. Then either you or a friend can pick up the meals between 11 am to 1 pm the next day at the cashier's station. You can indicate your choice of payment on the app. If a friend or staff member is picking up sick meals on your behalf, that person will need to provide your name and residence.

Quarantine/Isolation Meals (for delivery to residence hall and/or Sansom Place West): Please note: Students in quarantine or isolation are not permitted to leave their residence to pick-up meals.

To place order for delivery, you would follow the same procedure for ordering, but your meals will be delivered to the main lobby between 11 am and 1 pm. You will receive a notification so that you will know when your meals have been delivered.
