Can all of Penn access Qualtrics?

All Penn students have access to Qualtrics.

Faculty and staff access to Qualtrics is restricted to those schools/centers that have purchased a license. Please see the list of participating departments on the Qualtrics page on the OSL site.

How do I create a Qualtrics account?

Users go to http://upenn.qualtrics.com and log in with a Pennkey to access the Qualtrics site and create an account. Only those individuals from participating Schools/Centers will have the complete version of Qualtrics available to them. All others are limited to a demo version of the application.

How do Qualtrics users contact Qualtrics Support?

Call the Qualtrics support number at 801-374-6682 or visit the support page. Their site also has detailed information and training on the Qualtrics Research Core.

Who do SAS and Wharton students contact for Qualtrics support?

Can I change the reply-to email address in my survey from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.?

You can only change the "no-reply" portion of the email address. The domain must remain "qualtrics-research.com" or "qemailserver.com".

How do I access my surveys offline?

The University of Pennsylvania's license includes access to the Qualtrics Offline App. Qualtrics has support articles for Setting Up the Offline App and Collecting Offline App Responses.
