About Purchasing Services
Purchasing Services, operating within the University's Business Services Division, has oversight of strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management, as well as stewardship of Penn's procurement systems and processes.
The work of Purchasing Services and the resolve of its senior leadership to prioritize procurement and supply chain excellence enable Penn to leverage its buying power and maximize value in its supply chain.
