Hilary joined Penn in July 2012, moving to Philadelphia from Charleston, SC.   She is responsible for the strategic relationships with travel suppliers, including the airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers and our preferred Travel Management Companies. A primary responsibility in her first year at Penn is serving as a project lead for the University roll-out of the integrated Travel and Expense Management system powered by Concur.

Before coming to Penn, Hilary was the operations director for finance at Force Protection Industries, Inc. in Charleston. As part of that position, she managed the travel and expense management program which included implementing the Concur system for both their US and UK companies. Additionally, Hilary had responsibility for a number of IT and business operating systems as well as financial planning. She has a BS degree in Commerce from Rider University.

Ron became part of the Travel team at Penn in September 2012.  Prior to this, he spent a year at Penn School of Medicine.  Among other duties, he booked travel for faculty, staff and visitors, using Concur, Penn's on-line booking engine.  As Travel Services Coordinator, Ron uses his previous experience to assist Penn travelers with Concur and all other aspects of travel-related services.

Ron has 25 years of experience in the travel industry. He served as Business Development Manager and U.S. Market Manager for French National Railroads/Rail Europe, as well as several international Tour Operators. Ron also served as Board President of IGLTA, a global association of major travel vendors, travel agents and Government Tourism Boards. He holds a BA in French language and literature and 2016 CILS certification in Italian from Università per Stranieri di Siena.
