To Pay a Parking Ticket
Please note that tickets will not be available for payment online until 24 hours after issuance. You need your ticket number and license plate number of the ticketed vehicle to pay your ticket, after which you may file an appeal. Please note that after 14 days your fee will be doubled for non payment.
Tickets must be paid on line with VISA, American Express or MasterCard. (Note: The parking tickets indicate that payment is also accepted at the Parking Office or via credit card over the phone. However, these two methods of payment are no longer accepted as well as any check payments which will be returned via USPS.)
To Appeal a Parking Ticket
An Appeal will not be processed unless the ticket has been paid online. Appeals must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days within receipt of citation. There is an adjudication process for all appeals, after which you will receive an email message with the decision. Or you can log back in with your ticket number and license plate number to check the status of your appeal.
Parking Violations Board
After receiving notification, if you wish to take your appeal further, members of the Parking Violations Board will adjudicate your appeal and these rulings will be final. If you would like to learn more about the Parking Violations Board Appeal Process, click here.
