Penn Dining is committed to sustainable and local food and has partnered with Bon Appétit to deliver a sustainable and socially responsible dining program. All campus dining halls collect kitchen waste for composting.
New College House, English House, Class of 1920, and Houston Hall provide compost bins for diners to dispose of food waste. Joe’s Café in Steinberg Hall-Dietrich Hall and the Hillel dining hall also compost food waste.
