Penn’s newest dining option, Beefsteak, is the creation of renowned Chef Jose Andres. Located in the lower level of Houston Hall, the central focus of the menu is in Beefsteak’s veggie bowls, with countless options combining flash-prepared vegetables, hearty grains, house-made sauces, crisp toppings and optional meatier toppings.

The Beefsteak location at Penn is the first restaurant opened by Chef Andres in Philadelphia.
