Dining Vouchers

Welcome to Penn Dining!

Penn Dining is happy to provide vouchers for University department or group visits to our All-You-Care-to-Eat (AYCTE) café, or to our Retail dining locations.

Penn Dining provides voucher options including Breakfast, Brunch/Lunch, Dinner, and Anytime vouchers for our AYCTE
cafés, or $10.00 or $12.00 Dining Dollar$ vouchers for Retail locations like Houston Market. Anytime vouchers can be used during any meal period, and are generally recommended if you plan to dine with us during multiple meal periods.

We are excited to be part of your Penn experience while you are here on campus.  Please visit our dining vouchers registration site to order your dining vouchers, today!

Special Notes

Vouchers are for the exclusive use by outside groups visiting campus, or by University departments and centers.  Vouchers cannot be purchased for individual use.

Vouchers must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your visit.  If vouchers are requested for a weekend date, the request must be made before Thursday at 5pm.  If you require a more-immediate turnaround time, please email us at bsd-dining@pobox.upenn.edu.  We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of requests made less than 48 hours in advance.

If your group includes more than 25 individuals, please email dining@upenn.edu before purchasing vouchers, so that we may confirm our ability to accommodate your group on your desired date of visit.

Please review our hours of operation before planning your visit.

Non-campus groups will have access to 1920 Commons AYCTE café for lunch and dinner during the week, or brunch and dinner on the weekends.  If you would like to dine at one of our other residential cafés, please contact us in advance of your visit, in order to provide a roster of all guests who will be dining.  Guests must also be prepared to present photo IDs (student IDs accepted) when visiting.

Dietary Needs/Requirements

We currently serve many students with a number of dietary needs and take care in identifying allergens in the menu names. We have designated vegan and “made without gluten containing ingredients” stations in each of our residential locations. Our open kitchens and self-serve areas have the possibility of cross-contact that is beyond our control. We work hard to prevent this and find that most students can safely eat within our system.  Should you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to email us at bsd-dining@pobox.upenn.edu.
